  • Incorporated in February, 2007, as a cooperative association in New Mexico
  • Bylaws adopted by membership vote May 2007
  • First draft of business plan reviewed by several outside authorities
  • Consulting with commercial realtor in Los Alamos
  • Collaborating with Española Community Market board; joint grant preparation

Membership and finances

  • More than 200 founding lifetime members and more than 100 charter annual members (year begins the day we open the doors).
